About This Project

This fantastic piece arrived in a backing container having been shipped from Canada. We needed to fillet splits, as well as make the cylinder and writing drawer work as designed. The entire piece required a Rentokil treatment to revive the finish, as well as waxing and relining the top. The piece featured on The Antiques Roadshow in 2009.
